Company Criteria

It is important to consider whether your organisation is in a position to benefit from facilitation services. The stronger your organisation is, the more you will benefit.

The following criteria is a guideline to the minimum profile for client organisations:

- £10m turnover
- 50 employees
- established for 5 years
- recognized growth industry
- steady record of growth during the last 5 years and less than 50 per cent gearing
- good management team
- established products or services

Resource Criteria

Considering the resources that you have available is also important:

- a budget to finance the consulting service for a period of 5 years
- up to ten key personnel who can contribute 10 per cent of their time towards implementing the consulting service procedure
- a corporate culture, which encourages strategic thinking
- a meeting room, which can accommodate up to 10 people and is available for 2 days per month
- secretarial services for the internal production of service documentation and reports
- a commitment from management to decentralise responsibility
