Postgraduate Certificate In Finance Strategy (CFS)

Finance is the life-blood of the business. It can either feed life into other business departments, or drain the life from them, depending upon how well the finance department is managed. Ultimately, success is not measured by the quantity of financial reserves available, but how fluent the flow of finance is between departments. All too often, finance departments operate as merely bookkeeping departments and are not proactive in planning, implementation and in assessing the subsequent consequences on financial flow rates. This is the single-most important contributor towards under or over trading.

The Postgraduate Certificate in finance strategy (CFS) focuses upon implementing an operating structure within the finance department with a view towards enabling them to become more proactive about the way that they plan and implement finance strategy.
