Postgraduate Certificate in Training Strategy (CTS)

Training is the evolution of the business. It changes the way each department operates as a result of life experience, the conditions in which we live and the resources available. Any business that ignores training, ignores change. Any business that ignores change is bound for extinction. Ultimately, success can be measured by how amenable and adaptable the organization and its internal departments are towards change. Training departments, strangely enough, are usually the most reluctant of departments to change themselves and are not proactive in planning, or implementation. Training departments today, must embrace change as a natural part of resource development.

The Postgraduate Certificate in training strategy (CTS) focuses upon implementing an operating structure within the training department with a view towards enabling them to become more proactive about the way that they plan and implement training strategy. Students would develop the programme procedures within their organizations while working through the programme and qualification represents successful implementation.
